For items allowed "back order", it usually takes around 4-5 weeks after ordering. This may be subject to change. If this is the case, our customer services team will contact you with the contact details on your order.

Our customer services team should send you an order confirmation once the items have been ordered from our side. If you would like to request an estimated delivery schedule, please kindly send an email to customerservices@theexzone.com with our sales order number mentioned on the order acknowledgement or on the email confirmation.

Before sending us the return request, please make sure that you have read our Return Policy. You can then send a request to our customer services team for getting a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number, which requires to be stated on your return packing.


You can only send the returning items to us after the RMA number has been issued by us.
